Jeffrey Parker

Jeffrey Parker

Jeffrey Parker is a member of the Investment Committee of IST3 Infrastruktur Global, a Zurich based infrastructure fund formed by a consortium of Swiss pension funds. He was previously Senior Managing Director of Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, LLC (EY) and was the Founder / President of Jeffrey A. Parker & Associates, Inc. (JPA), which he sold to EY in June 2012. Jeff has 35 years of experience advising public agencies on over $15 billion of infrastructure investment involving some of the most challenging undertakings in the U.S, including the replacement of New York’s Tappan Zee and Goethals Bridges, Port of Miami Tunnel and I-595 PPPs (the first availability payment projects in the U.S.), Miami Intermodal Center, BART Oakland Airport Connector, Orlando SunRail, and Denver T-REX.

Carl Feinberg

Carl Feinberg is a serial entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist and CEO of Critica PPE LLC.  Carl was the Founder and CEO of Relational Architects International (RAI), an enterprise software vendor whose products are part of the fabric of modern commerce.  RAI was sold to Broadcom in December 2020.  Mr. Feinberg also chairs Parker Infrastructure Partners LLC which brings iconic mega projects like the Tappen Zee and Goethals Bridge replacements and the Port of Miami Tunnel to fruition, on schedule and within budget.

Mr. Feinberg’s philanthropy makes leveraged investments in civilization through his support for theoretical physics.  Mr. Feinberg has endowed both a Professorship and a Program in Cross-Disciplinary Innovation at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton along with a KITP Chair at the University of California - Santa Barbara. In addition, Mr. Feinberg's annual giving funds Fellowships, Memberships and scientific pursuits at NYU, the Institute for Advanced Study, the University of Texas – Austin and Stanford University.
